Extended services - The basic package includes 15 minutes of service time per PC (at least two hours per month). The basic package covers 8 PCs. Additional PCs are charged at €30 per month. Additional services are offered at the reduced hourly rate of €95,- per hour.
Example 1: You purchased the P1 package for 8 PCs. In addition to the standard services, you have 2 hours of service time per month, which you can use for extended services. If you do not need more than this hourly quota per month, you pay € 240 per month.
Example 2: You have purchased the P1 package for 12 PCs. In addition to the standard services, you have 3 hours of service time per month that you can use for extended services. If you do not need more than this hourly quota per month, you pay € 360 per month.
