Supporter (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

- You are the first point of contact for our customers and interface to the other departments of our company.
- You receive incidents (error messages), classify them and process the incidents independently or with the help of the problem management.
- You receive changes and service requests, classify them and coordinate their implementation or assignment to releases
- You prepare and conduct user training/training for our employees and the employees of our customers.

Your profile:

- You enjoy working in a dynamic team and look forward to versatile and challenging tasks.
- You think service-oriented and enjoy supporting our customers in the use of our software.
- You think analytically, bring a high degree of diligence and communication skills.
- You work independently and have a quick grasp.
- You have a very good knowledge of German. English skills are an advantage.
- You have a confident knowledge of MS-Office, Microsoft Teams and the other core products of the Office 365 Cloud.
